Terms of Service

1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the use of TUMO (the “Service”): supplier and product discovery, inquiries and RFQs, document attachments, job listings, the marketplace, shared resources and informational email.

Company and product information is shown together with its public source and verification date. Current supply conditions must be confirmed directly with the company.

2. Accounts and organizations

Accounts belong to individuals. Management rights over a company (member organization) are granted only after a separate verification process. Personal and organizational data are kept separate.

Submitting inquiries and sharing attachments require a verified email address.

3. Inquiries and RFQs

Each inquiry is delivered as a separate conversation per recipient company, and only to companies the user selected and reviewed. Recommended companies are never added automatically.

Where automated quotes are offered, amounts are calculated under approved rules and do not guarantee final contract terms.

4. User content and rights

Users must accurately mark the rights status (owned, licensed, unverified) of uploaded documents, résumés, listings and shared resources, and must not upload material they have no right to use.

Withdrawing or deleting material is propagated to translations, search, recommendations, caches and pending jobs.

5. Prohibited conduct

Impersonating other accounts or companies, registering false companies or listings, sending unsolicited marketing, and automated access that disrupts the Service are prohibited.

6. Changes, suspension and liability

The Service may change or discontinue features after prior notice. The Service is not a party to transactions between companies and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
